Accessing Your Season Tickets:

Current season tickets can be easily accessed at anytime from your computer or mobile device. For additional support, please contact the Box Office at 1.800.745.3000

From Your Desktop Computer

Creating a Ticketmaster Account

Click HERE  to create an account.

Accept Transfer

In the offer email, click accept tickets. Log in to your account. Select the delivery type for your tickets. Review the tickets and agree to the terms of use. Click complete transfer. A file download dialog box may appear on screen. Click Open. If the box does not appear, click print on the confirmation page, or check your downloads folder.

Print Tickets

Log in to your account. Find the event you are looking for and click manage this event. Click Print-at-Home. Select the check boxes next to the seats you wish to print. Click the print button in the upper right corner (number in parentheses shows how many tickets are being printed). Review your selections and click continue to print. Agree to the terms of use, then click submit. A file download dialog box may appear on screen. Click Open. If the box does not appear, click print on the confirmation page, or check your downloads folder.

Transfer Tickets

Log in to your account. Find the event you are looking for and click manage this event. Click transfer tickets. Select the check boxes next to the seats you wish to transfer. Click the transfer button in the upper right corner (number in parentheses shows how many tickets are being transferred). Review your selections and click continue to transfer. Select a recipient from your list. If you need to add a new recipient, click Enter a New Contact. Enter their information and click add. Enter an optional message, choose an email reminder option, and choose an option under item price. Click next step. Agree to the terms of use and click complete transfer.

From Your Mobile Device

Accept Tickets

In the offer email, click accept tickets. Log in to your account. Select the delivery type for your tickets. Click accept. Agree to the terms of use. Click complete transfer. Your tickets will be displayed in your account under upcoming events.

Transfer Tickets

Visit HERE on your web browser. Log in to your account. Select the event you wish to transfer. On the select an action drop down, choose transfer tickets to a friend. Select the check boxes next to the seats you wish to transfer. Scroll down and select transfer tickets to a friend (number in parentheses shows how many tickets are being transferred). Review your selections and click continue. Use the drop down to select a recipient, or click the + sign to add a new recipient. Add a message, choose an option under ticket price, and choose an option under email reminder. Click next step. Review the transfer details, agree to the terms of use, and click complete transfer.

View Tickets

Visit HERE on your web browser. Log in to your account. Select the event you wish to view tickets for. On the select an action drop down, choose view your tickets. Select the check boxes next to the seats you wish to view. Scroll down and select view your tickets (number in parentheses shows how many tickets are being viewed). Your tickets will be displayed. Swipe left to view any additional tickets you have for that event.

Add to Passbook

For Passbook users: Follow the same steps for viewing tickets on your mobile phone. When your tickets are displayed, click add to passbook in the top right corner. Click add. This adds the one ticket you were viewing. Swipe left to view any additional tickets you have for that event and repeat these steps.
